What is your current turn-around time?

Turn around time is 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes until the order ships and does not include shipping times. Please refer to shipping times at checkout. 

What is your exchange/return policy?

We want you to love your purchase from Strawberry Jam Kids!  If you would like to exchange or return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will happily accept unworn and unwashed items.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.  Return package must be post marked within 7 days of contacting us to receive a full refund.  Please remember to keep your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Items sent in exchange will be at no extra shipping cost.   Email hello@strawberryjamkids.com for more information.

Can discount codes be stacked/combined?

No.  Discount codes can not be stacked or combined, so please use whatever code is of greater benefit for your order.

Where do you ship? 
We currently ship to the US and US territories only. 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Cancellations or changes can be requested within 24 hours of ordering, but there is no guarantee that the order has not already shipped. Once the order has shipped no changes or cancellations can be made. A return can be processed on all new, unworn and unwashed items by reaching out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
